Moto-fusion

The new project of the TNT channel's programme ‘repair school’ is called ‘Moto-fusion’. Vladimir and Nadezhda are a family of bikers. They love risk, speed and adrenaline. Until now, in their living room stood furniture from the Soviet times, and the walls were painted in hospital colour. Not surprisingly, they didn't care what the School of Renovation team would do in their room. Having voiced their wishes, the owners of the flat practically untied the designers' hands. Designer Eugenia Gurova https://www.instagram.com/ev_gurova designed a refined, but at the same time brutal interior. The parrot Gorynych became the inspiration. The blue-green bird with a red beak lives in a beautiful cage in complete solitude, so the living room was made bright, in the fusion style, where classics, pop art and minimalism were mixed. This is a very dangerous style, as with so many shades, textures and styles it's very easy to fall into blandness, but this is not the case. The lighting is from Favourite, a black chandelier with crystal set the tone for the lighting in the room. The lights in each area formed a sort of triangle: two gold sconces in the dining room, one near the entrance, in the reading area, and black ones to the left and right of the TV. There are also LED strips in the room, hidden in the niches of the cabinet furniture. The final touch is the final décor: golden yellow cushions and a silver-framed mirror above the sofa.
